By booking and attending the En Kairos Women’s Advance (“Retreat”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before reserving your place.

1. Booking & Registration

​

1.1 Your booking is confirmed only once full payment or the required deposit has been received.
1.2 You are responsible for providing accurate personal information at checkout.
1.3 Spaces are limited. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payments

​

2.1 Payments can be made in full or via deposit + remaining balance.
2.2 All prices are listed in EURO (€) unless stated otherwise.
2.3 The balance payment (if using a deposit) must be completed by the due date indicated in your confirmation email.

3. Medical & Participation Requirements

​

3.1 You acknowledge that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in retreat activities including movement, creative workshops, and light outdoor experiences.
3.2 You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or dietary requirements.
3.3 En Kairos reserves the right to decline participation in any activity for your safety or the safety of the group.

4. Travel & Insurance

​

4.1 Flights and airport transfers are not included unless stated.
4.2 You are responsible for your travel arrangements to and from the retreat venue.
4.3 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers:

• Retreat fees

• Flight cancellations

• Medical expenses

• Personal belongings

4.4 En Kairos is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or personal travel issues.

5. Changes Made by the Organiser

​

5.1 We reserve the right to make small changes to the schedule, facilitators, venue rooms or workshop flow if necessary.
5.2 In the rare event that the retreat must be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, venue issues, illness, or force majeure), you will be offered:

• A new retreat date
  or

• A full credit transfer to a future retreat

Refunds will not be issued for force majeure events.

6. Behaviour & Respect

​

6.1 En Kairos is a women’s retreat grounded in safety, privacy, and respect.
6.2 We reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in harmful, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour without refund.

7. Liability

​

7.1 By registering, you understand that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
7.2 En Kairos, its facilitators, and venue partners are not liable for:

• Injuries

• Loss of property

• Illness

• Accidents

• Damages arising from participation

7.3 All participants assume full responsibility for their personal wellbeing.

8. Photography & Media

​

8.1 Some retreat moments may be photographed for marketing unless you request otherwise.
8.2 You may opt out at any time by notifying the facilitator.

9. Acceptance of Terms

​

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because En Kairos retreats are intimate and spaces are extremely limited, your booking represents a reserved place that cannot be easily filled last-minute. For this reason, the following cancellation terms apply:

 

Cancellation by Participant

 

If you need to cancel your booking:

 

More than 60 days before the retreat:
Your payment is fully refundable, minus any non-recoverable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

 

30–60 days before the retreat:
Your payment is 50% refundable, unless you provide a replacement participant to take your place, in which case a full refund may be issued.

 

Less than 30 days before the retreat:
Your payment is non-refundable.

This structure protects the integrity of the group and the financial commitments of the retreat.

Cancellation by En Kairos

​

If En Kairos cancels the retreat for internal reasons:
A full refund will be issued.

​

If the retreat must be cancelled due to force majeure (events outside our control such as extreme weather, illness, venue disruption, travel bans, or natural events):
A full credit will be issued toward a future retreat date.
No cash refunds will be provided for force majeure circumstances.
