Because En Kairos retreats are intimate and spaces are limited, your booking represents a reserved place that cannot be easily filled last-minute. For this reason, the following cancellation terms apply:

 

Cancellation by Participant

If you need to cancel your booking:

 

​A refund of full payment, minus deposit and bank processing fees, if cancelled 60+ days before start; beyond that there are no refunds.

Credit may be transferred to a replacement participant, subject to approval.

Cancellation by En Kairos​

If En Kairos cancels the retreat for internal reasons:
A full refund will be issued, including your deposit.

If the retreat must be cancelled due to force majeure (events outside our control such as extreme weather, illness, venue disruption, government restrictions, travel bans, or natural events):
A full credit will be issued toward a future retreat date.
No cash refunds will be provided for force majeure circumstances.
