En Kairos is a women-led wellness retreat experience, guided by three dedicated facilitators who come together to hold immersive experiences that support self-reflection, creative expression, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth.
Our retreats are carefully held journeys where each experience blends creative expression, embodied practices, and meaningful dialogue.
Our first retreat will be held in Cyprus, in September 2026 with future En Kairos gatherings planned internationally - always rooted in the same intention: to offer women a space that is honest, supportive, and deeply aligned with who they truly are.

"In Good Time"- a short story
“In good time” was my grandmother’s response to my countless questions about when things would happen in my life. As a child, impatience filled my days, but over the years I watched as life unfolded — its rhythm indifferent to my urgency, yet always arriving right on time.
I once believed the “right moment” would appear like a luminous orb, shimmering above my head, accompanied by thunderous drumming and trumpets. But reality was far gentler. “In good time” found me instead in the quiet moments — the jasmine in full bloom, its fragrance carried on the warm dusk air, wrapping around me like an old friend.
My questions were answered not by signs in the sky, but through gratitude, presence, and love. The truth had always been within me. My right time had always been my own.
In Greek, En Kairos can mean “in good time,” “in time,” “about time,” or “it’s time,” depending on inflection. It echoes my grandmother’s gentle reminder that life cannot be hurried — only trusted.
When this retreat came into being, the name felt inevitable.
En Kairos reflects the belief that true reconnection and healing happen not through urgency, but through presence — when the moment is ready, and so are we.
