*All the rooms are designed, furnished and decorated individually. The photos of the room types are indicative as all rooms are similar but are wonderfully unique.

We will do everything possible to honour the accommodation option you selected at the time of booking. If all single occupancy rooms are fully booked and you still wish to have a room to yourself, you may choose to reserve a twin room for single use. What is included in your En Kairos Collective Retreat

Your En Kairos Collective Retreat is offered as a fully inclusive experience. Simply arrive and be held. Accommodation, meals, facilitated sessions, exploration days, materials, and group transfers are all included in your package. Once you arrive in Cyprus, there are no additional retreat-related costs - allowing you to relax and fully immerse yourself in the experience.

 

• Full-board accommodation for the duration of the retreat.

• All meals included, coffee & teas in rooms.

• All workshops, sessions, and facilitated experiences.

• Creative and wellbeing materials.

• All exploration days fully included.

Our intention is to remove decision fatigue - so once you arrive, everything is already taken care of.

Because En Kairos retreats are intimate and spaces are limited, your booking represents a reserved place that cannot be easily filled last-minute. For this reason, the following cancellation terms apply:

 

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Guide

 

Deposit

To secure your place, a €1000 non-refundable deposit (one thousand euros) is required for each traveler.

The remaining balance is due no later than the 2026.

 

Cancellation by Participant

If you need to cancel your booking:

 

​A refund of full payment, minus deposit and bank processing fees, if cancelled 60+ days before start; beyond that there are no refunds.

*Credit may be transferred to a replacement participant, subject to approval.

*This structure protects the integrity of the group and the financial commitments of the retreat.

Cancellation by En Kairos​ Collective

If En Kairos cancels the retreat for internal reasons:

 

A full refund will be issued, including your deposit.

​

If the retreat must be cancelled due to force majeure (events outside our control such as extreme weather, illness, venue disruption, government restrictions, travel bans, or natural events):

 

A full credit will be issued toward a future retreat date.

No cash refunds will be provided for force majeure circumstances.

5. Your place is secured

   Once payment is received, your space at the En Kairos Women’s Advance is officially confirmed.
